Slow Food Springfield is hosting this annual fundraiser at Maldaner's, 222 S. 6th Street, from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, on the evenings of May 1st, 2nd and 8th. The definitive four-course menu has yet to be announced, but a vegetarian option will be available. $65 per ticket. Seating is set at tables of 6 or 8. Visit slowfoodspringfield.org for tickets.
